Dukkah is essentially a blend of roasted nuts seasoned with herbs and spices. The most popular use of this traditional Middle-Eastern blend is to take Turkish bread and dip in olive oil, then dip the bread into the dukkah as a tasty snack. Our blend is made with roasted and crushed hazelnuts and raw ground almonds combined with sesame seeds, cumin, coriander, sumac, marjoram, thyme and salt.

How to use:
Combine with olive oil to make a delicious dip for bread or dressing for salads

Sichuan Pepper is an oriental fruit grown on a small ash tree native to the Sichuan province of China. Even though it is called pepper, it is not a true pepper and is not related to black peppercorns, which are from India. The berries have a warm peppery fragrance, with citrus notes & a clean fresh aftertaste leaving a slightly numbing sensation on the tongue. It is the outer husk that has all the flavour, the internal hard black seed is edible but can add a bitter taste. It is a key ingredient in Chinese cuisine and used in some Asian recipes. The Mexican Habanero Chilli is the hottest variety of chilli from Mexico. They are an integral component in Yucatecan Mexican cuisine. With their fruity & floral aroma, it is a popular choice for adding a spicy citrus-y kick to any dish. Dried Habanero Chilli is the perfect addition to any Mexican dish. For optimum results and flavour, re-hydrate the chilli in boiling water for 20 minutes before use.
Juniper Berries are obtained from the small evergreen juniper tree. The dried berries have a dark blue colour, fresh spicy tart flavour, and pine aroma. Juniper has a special affinity with venison and other robust game meats. Used in European cuisine.
Black Pepper is picked from the flowering vine of the peppercorn plant and is the most pungent and flavoursome variety of Pepper. Sesame Seeds White are tiny, flat oval seeds from the sesame plant whose pods pop open when it reaches maturity scattering the seeds, hence the term “Open Sesame”. The seeds can have different colours including white and black.
